1. What coffees will we be tasting?

We'll share a diverse journey across origins, processing methods, and brewing styles. Expect expressive light-roast coffees prepared using methods like pour-over, espresso, cold brew, and even a coffee mocktail — all served in curated vessels with specialized water, temperatures, and techniques to bring out the best in each cup.

We’ll be serving a mix of single-origin

coffees, showcasing a variety of flavors

from fruity and light to rich and deep.

Think of it as a little world tour of coffee,

with a new brew at every turn!

Yes! Each coffee is paired with a small, housemade bite that complements its flavor and story.

Delicious, bite-sized pairings that

complement each coffee— savory treats

like cheeses or light sweets like chocolate

and fruit. Each bite is thoughtfully paired to

enhance the coffee experience.

You can expect to spend about two hours at Ahma, from welcome drink to final course.

The experience usually lasts about 90

minutes to 2 hours, giving you plenty of time

to sip, savor, and chat with fellow coffee

lovers.

If you let us know when reserving, we can craft at least a few of the courses using our favorite decaf beans. Some moments are more difficult to recreate without caffeine — but we’ll always find a thoughtful way to make the experience feel complete, and just as full of joy.

Absolutely! Let us know about any dietary

preferences or restrictions when you book,

and we’ll adjust the bites accordingly (but

the coffee stays the same!).

Ahma is an intimate experience with one shared table for up to six guests. You may be seated with new friends — but the setting is cozy, and the conversation is always rich.

With only 6 people per session, the seating

is cozy and communal around a large table.

It’s all about enjoying great coffee and good

company!

Yes — we love welcoming curious newcomers. We’ll do our best to make them feel included (and pleasantly surprised).

While you can’t take the coffee home from

the omakase itself, we often feature the

beans used during the event in our shop.

You can book your seat on Resy below - seatings are held on weekends, and reservations open up 60 days in advance at midnight PT. If your preferred date isn't available yet, you can sign up to be notified - we add new seatings regularly and can't wait to welcome you.
